As the warm air starts to stir across America, we thought there was no better time for a little Spring cleaning. We won’t bore you with a toilet scrubbing fest, but we will show you some tips on how to get your car or truck ready to show off. We may even toss some household cleaning tips your way, too. Our first production is every car enthusiasts weakness, wheels. Shine them up following the steps in this how-to.

First, pull out your water hose and spray them down really good, breaking up any loose grime. Prepare your bucket with a nice mix of water and Adam’s Car Wash solution. Next, cover them in P21S Wheel Cleaner Gel Formula and let them all begin soaking.

Move on to the first wheel of choice and put on some knee pads. Grab a Boar’s Hair Wheel Brush, dip it in the water and begin scrubbing the dirt and nastiness from the first wheel. Remember to hose down each wheel after a proper scrubbing removing any soap or leftover wheel cleaner. After you have cleaned all four wheels, dry them off with a Microfiber Towel removing any excess film.

If you happen to be sporting wheels with a lip, it’s best to follow up with P21S Polishing Soap for that extra shine. If you are after extreme shine and protection and have a polished lip, go after it with Adam’s Metal Polish 2. If you have a clear coat finish, it is best to accompany metal polish with Adam’s Brilliant Spray Glaze or Menzerna Final Polish. End by wiping off any excess polish. Lastly, for the ultimate in protection, apply Menzerna FMJ sealant. This will help protect your wheels all through the Spring and Summer months.

Now, sit back, relax and grab a cold one. The results should be well worth it.
